  • Enquiry content you choose to provide (for example, the message you submit on the contact form).
  • Technical information generated when you access the site (for example IP address, device and browser information, and basic request logs) to keep the site secure and reliable.

We process data to respond to enquiries, deliver services, improve performance and meet regulatory obligations. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests and consent (where required).

This website uses essential technologies required for core functionality. We do not intentionally set marketing or advertising cookies on this site.

The contact page includes an embedded Google Map. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and/or process your IP address and device information. We also load fonts from Google Fonts on this site, which may involve requests to Google’s servers.

Retention schedules

Enquiry data is retained for 24 months, project records for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years. We share data only with vetted service providers (for example, website hosting and embedded services such as Google Maps/Fonts) bound by appropriate contractual protections.

You may request access, rectification, erasure or portability of your data by emailing privacy@legalit.ie. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission.
